Remote Corporate HR & Kaizen Summer Internship (Egypt)

About the role

This 6‑8 week remote internship gives senior students and fresh graduates in Egypt a hands‑on experience in Corporate HR and Kaizen initiatives. You will work on real projects that support strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent capability, talent management, and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist HR teams in developing and executing workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Support talent capability and management programs, including learning and development initiatives.
• Contribute to Kaizen projects aimed at continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Help design and promote wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses for senior HR leaders.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate (Class of 2025‑2026) based in Egypt.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
