About the role

We are looking for a Remote Visa Operations Executive based in Egypt to manage UAE visit visa applications. The role involves end‑to‑end processing, coordination with internal teams and partners, and ensuring compliance with UAE immigration regulations.

Key responsibilities

Process UAE visit visa applications from initiation to final approval.
Manage applications using the NINTHWARE platform.
Review and verify all supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external travel agents.
Monitor approvals, rejections, amendments and overstay risks.
Maintain compliance with UAE visa regulations and company SOPs.

Required profile

Proven experience handling UAE visit visas.
Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.

Required skills

NINTHWARE system (main user level).
