About the role

The Senior Account Manager leads strategic client relationships for an advertising agency, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for mid‑to large‑size accounts, guiding cross‑functional teams to meet client expectations and agency goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for key clients, building trust through reliability, responsiveness, and strategic insight.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and align creative, strategy, and media teams.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, guaranteeing quality, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all deliverables.
• Lead client presentations and strategic discussions, proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
• Mentor and guide account teams, ensuring adherence to agency processes while spotting growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in an advertising agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross‑functional teams simultaneously.
