Senior Cost Control Engineer

About the role

Arabian Construction Company (ACC) is looking for a Senior Cost Control Engineer to lead cost management for its large‑scale construction projects across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Africa and beyond. The role ensures financial targets are met while supporting project delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and timelines.
• Track and analyse project expenditures, produce regular cost reports for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams, procurement and subcontractors to keep costs within scope.
• Identify cost variations, prepare financial impact analyses and forecast future spending.
• Implement risk mitigation actions and introduce cost‑saving measures to optimise profitability.
• Maintain accurate cost control documentation and ensure compliance with ACC policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 6 years of cost control experience on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management and financial forecasting in the construction sector.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of handling complex projects under pressure.
