Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Cascades Golf Resort, SPA & Thalasso in Hurghada is seeking a full‑time Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. You will welcome visitors, manage check‑ins and check‑outs for spa services, and provide clear information about treatments and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle all front‑desk interactions.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures for spa appointments.
• Answer phone calls and in‑person inquiries, providing accurate information on treatments, packages, and facilities.
• Schedule, confirm, and update appointments using the spa reservation system.
• Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and issue receipts.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in receptionist duties and booking management.
• Experience with reservation or spa management software.
• Solid phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office, email, and booking software.
• Attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
