About the role
As a Spa Service Expert – Spa Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the Westin Spa in New Cairo. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, promote spa services and retail, and ensure smooth booking and payment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in spa guests, answer inquiries about treatments and facilities.
- Promote spa services and retail products, upsell where appropriate.
- Schedule appointments, manage the reservation system and confirm bookings.
- Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean and safe reception area and adhere to brand standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, moving light items (up to 10 lb unaided, up to 25 lb with assistance) and navigating uneven surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
- No supervisory experience or professional certifications needed.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency to operate reservation software.
- Fundamental math skills for handling cash and card transactions.
