About the role

The Structural Manager will lead and oversee all structural engineering activities across multiple projects in Saudi Arabia. This senior position is responsible for ensuring design quality, compliance with codes, and successful delivery of technical deliverables. The role requires strong leadership and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural engineering activities across projects.
• Oversee design reviews, calculations, and technical deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and technical performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 13–15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in real‑estate development or construction companies.
• Proven experience managing large projects and engineering teams.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and decision‑making abilities.
