Technical Leader – Fintech Insurance (.NET)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive the design and delivery of scalable fintech insurance solutions within the .NET ecosystem. The role combines deep technical expertise with hands‑on development and leadership of a development team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable fintech insurance solutions.
• Guide development teams through technical challenges and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure high standards for performance, security, and code quality.
• Mentor and support team members both technically and professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fintech and insurance domain projects.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and related business practices (preferred).
• Solid hands‑on experience with .NET technologies and modern software architecture.
• Experience leading technical teams and making solution design decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
