Traffic Agent

About the role

Aviary is looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Traffic Agent to support passenger boarding operations at its Hurghada station. The role involves coordinating with various airport teams to ensure a smooth and timely boarding process for all passengers, including VIPs and those requiring special assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all flight clearance paperwork.
• Set up and manage the boarding gate.
• Coordinate with the Shift Leader and Ramp Officer regarding VIP, PRM, and transit passengers.
• Ensure passengers are ready for boarding at the appropriate time.
• Secure the gate area and guarantee on‑time boarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and apply technical policies and regulations.
• Customer support experience via phone and face‑to‑face.
• Flexibility to work any shift, holidays, and overtime during critical periods.
