Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Dyninno is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to manage the company’s legal affairs across its diverse divisions, including travel, fintech, and entertainment. You will ensure compliance with local and international regulations, support business growth, and safeguard the organization’s legal interests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate partnership agreements, employment contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Develop and maintain compliance programs, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure adherence to GDPR and other applicable laws.
• Support litigation efforts by coordinating with external counsel, conducting legal research, and preparing court documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments for new projects and business initiatives.
• Coordinate with global offices to secure work permits, manage migration issues, and obtain necessary financial licenses.

Required profile

• Law degree with a focus on corporate or commercial law.
• Proven experience in contract management, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Familiarity with GDPR and international regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for advising internal stakeholders and external partners.
