Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Dyninno is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to manage its legal affairs across multiple business divisions, including travel, fintech, and entertainment. The role focuses on contract management, regulatory compliance, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate partnership agreements, employment contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations, develop compliance programs, and ensure adherence to GDPR and other relevant statutes.
• Support litigation efforts by coordinating with external counsel, conducting legal research, and preparing documentation for court proceedings.
• Conduct risk assessments for new projects and business initiatives, identifying potential legal exposures.
• Coordinate with local authorities to secure work permits, manage migration issues, and obtain necessary financial licenses.

Required profile

• Law degree with a valid license to practice law.
• Proven experience in corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
