Financial Controller (CPA)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance function across real‑estate development projects. The role oversees reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management and ensures compliance with Egyptian accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month‑end closing activities.
• Lead and develop a finance team of seven professionals.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, project costs and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial risk‑management processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Improve financial systems and reporting, including Power BI dashboards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CPA certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• At least two roles in real‑estate or property development.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience leading a finance team.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Preferred residence in Sheikh Zayed or Maadi.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Power BI (preferred).
