About the role
The Receptionist/Front Desk professional will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and guests, delivering a professional and friendly experience. This role supports daily office operations, manages communications, and coordinates with multiple internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and facility requests.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with Property Management, Sales, Legal, and CRM teams to address client needs.
- Track, log, and follow up on client service requests to ensure resolution.
- Handle complaints and escalations professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a reception, front office, or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance, customer‑service orientation, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Team player who can also work independently when required.

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Microsoft Word.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems.
