About the role
Emad Nathan Architecture is seeking a Site Architect to join its Alexandria office. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution and completion of architectural projects on site, ensuring design quality and compliance with the firm’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create architectural designs for residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and safety standards on site.
- Supervise construction activities and monitor progress against plans.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company quality standards.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Ability to coordinate and follow up site progress.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Preferably possess a personal vehicle.
