Associate Analyst – Consulting & Analytics Leadership Program

About the role

Visa’s Consulting & Analytics Leadership Program is a 12‑month fast‑track opportunity for early‑career talent. As an Associate Analyst you will work on client‑facing projects across strategy, portfolio optimization, digital, risk and implementation support, gaining exposure to Visa’s global consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client project proposals, defining objectives, scope, deliverables and responsibilities.
• Set up project workstreams, including hypothesis testing, data collection, methodology design and strategy formulation.
• Conduct client interviews, gather and analyse data, process flows, policies and competitive information.
• Identify solutions and recommendations that drive performance improvement using Visa Consulting & Analytics frameworks.
• Design and deliver compelling presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Surface new project opportunities and contribute to account planning.
• Build and maintain analytical models, contribute to intellectual property and standardized offerings.
• Produce thought‑leadership pieces that enhance practice knowledge and methodology.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Economics) and graduating by June 2026.
• Strong analytical abilities, intellectual curiosity and a passion for innovative problem‑solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional maturity, strong work ethic and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Demonstrated leadership in academic, professional or volunteer settings.
• A global mindset with the ability to work in diverse teams.
