About the role

Concentrix is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Cairo call‑center. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality support to customers, handling technical inquiries and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional phone and chat support to customers.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
  • Handle technical questions, troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Document interactions accurately in the company’s systems.

Required profile

  • Graduate or dropout with a military certificate.
  • No prior experience required.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong communication skills and readiness to start immediately.

Required skills

  • Basic computer usage.
