About the role
Concentrix is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Cairo call‑center. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality support to customers, handling technical inquiries and ensuring a positive overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone and chat support to customers.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
- Handle technical questions, troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and resolving concerns promptly.
- Document interactions accurately in the company’s systems.
Required profile
- Graduate or dropout with a military certificate.
- No prior experience required.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication skills and readiness to start immediately.
Required skills
- Basic computer usage.
