Database Support Analyst

About the role

Under close supervision, the Database Support Analyst acquires data from external suppliers, formats it and loads it into IQVIA’s internal systems. The role ensures that incoming data is accurately captured and ready for downstream clinical research and healthcare intelligence processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, identify, and log all inbound data from suppliers.
• Replenish blank media to suppliers when required.
• Execute data movement through IQVIA acquisition platforms following standard operating procedures.
• Perform initial volume checks to verify data realism.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with PC‑based Windows applications, mainframe tools and third‑party software used by IQVIA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a team, follow directions, and handle changing work volumes under time constraints.
• Understanding of workflow and audit processes.
