About the role

NUT Botanicals is seeking a data‑driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead revenue growth on its Direct‑to‑Consumer website and third‑party marketplaces. You will own the commercial calendar, optimise pricing and promotions, and ensure the online customer journey converts into sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a monthly commercial calendar (promotions, bundles, flash sales) to achieve online revenue targets.
  • Manage product listings, pricing parity, and stock availability on marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon.
  • Analyse the website customer journey to reduce cart abandonment and increase average order value.
  • Forecast online demand and plan inventory for high‑traffic periods (e.g., White Friday, payday sales).
  • Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, basket size) and report weekly performance to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Brand Manager, Community Manager, and Web Developer to align ad creatives and site functionality with sales goals.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of eCommerce/Digital Sales experience, preferably in FMCG or personal‑care.
  • Proven track record managing Shopify stores and marketplace accounts (Amazon, Noon).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
