Employee Experience Lead

About the role

The Employee Experience Lead is responsible for designing and continuously improving the employee lifecycle journey at Vodafone Egypt. The role ensures every touchpoint—from recruitment to off‑boarding—is meaningful, well‑managed, and aligned with the company’s people experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance the end‑to‑end employee journey, applying design‑thinking to identify pain points and create employee‑centric processes.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to manage lifecycle touchpoints, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Drive execution of employee experience initiatives, track progress, and communicate results effectively.
• Manage the monthly onboarding plan, ensuring new joiners are welcomed, informed, and integrated from day one.
• Continuously improve onboarding and other employee moments based on feedback and data.
• Leverage technology, AI, and predictive analytics to modernise experience design and monitor key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee experience or journey design, preferably within a large organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyse employee feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
