Senior Preparation Technician Specialist

About the role

Our client is seeking two senior technicians to join their textile production facility in Alexandria, Egypt. One specialist will focus on preparation processes, while the other will handle spinning operations. Both positions require relocation to the site and will play a critical role in maintaining high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• For the preparation role: manage combing and roving operations, including any extra expertise required.
• For the spinning role: operate and fine‑tune spinning machines.
• Monitor fine counts (Ne 60‑120) and drive productivity spikes as documented in the candidate’s profile.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in textile preparation or spinning.
• Very good command of English.
• Demonstrated ability to work with fine counts in the range Ne 60‑120.
• Proven track record of achieving productivity improvements.
