Senior Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at IEE‑Leap Development Hub in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process, strengthen our employer brand and ensure we attract top talent for our preschool network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding for all positions.
• Develop and promote the employer brand to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Source talent through non‑traditional channels, especially within the early‑education service sector.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to align recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life cycle recruiting and hiring.
• Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates beyond traditional platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Egypt’s labor regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Very good command of English.
