Talent Attraction Leader – North Africa & Levant

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a senior Talent Attraction Leader to drive end‑to‑end recruitment across North Africa and the Levant. You will partner with business leaders and HR to align talent strategies with regional growth objectives while championing the company’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent attraction for North Africa & Levant, ensuring alignment with regional business priorities and global people strategy.
• Manage and develop a team of Talent Attraction Partners, fostering collaboration, innovation and high performance.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, building pipelines for critical and future‑skill roles.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to define strategic workforce plans and present talent insights, market trends and recommendations.
• Monitor market and competitor dynamics, providing actionable intelligence on talent challenges.
• Develop and implement regional employer branding initiatives, leveraging social media, digital campaigns and university partnerships.
• Represent Schneider Electric at career fairs, conferences and external forums as a brand ambassador.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and use data analytics to optimise sourcing and hiring decisions.
• Oversee early‑career programs, including campus hiring and internships, to sustain a talent pipeline.

Required profile

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in a multinational environment, with mandatory team‑management experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes and the broader HR context.
• Excellent communication, consulting and networking abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data convincingly.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
