Boat Manager – Nile Cruise Hotel Operations

About the role

Seti First Hospitality is seeking an experienced Boat Manager to lead hotel operations aboard one of its Nile Cruise vessels in Egypt. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and coordinating all onboard departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations on the vessel.
• Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance coordination, and Guest Relations.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards meet company expectations.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with department heads and executive management.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, and training.
• Prepare operational reports and follow company procedures.
• Manage smooth embarkation, disembarkation, and cruise operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as Boat Manager, Hotel Manager, or Assistant Hotel Manager on Nile cruises.
• Valid Boat Manager License (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
