Corporate Account Manager

About the role

Bupa is hiring a Corporate Account Manager in Cairo, Egypt, on a fixed-term contract with a hybrid working basis. The role helps organisations access quality healthcare for their employees worldwide by building trusted relationships with corporate clients and supporting retention and growth across the international corporate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Lead client renewal discussions and help secure successful outcomes for clients and Bupa.
• Develop account plans that support client needs, retention and growth opportunities.
• Provide clients with insights on benefits, claims trends, product developments and market changes.
• Work with pricing, marketing and operational teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Prepare and present account reviews, performance reports and client presentations.
• Identify ways to improve service delivery and support sales and retention objectives.
• Monitor account performance and stay informed about industry, market and regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Ideally experience in account management, client relationship management or corporate customer management.
• Ideally experience in health insurance, financial services, banking, wealth management or a related industry.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets and customer outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to interpret performance data analytically.
• Understanding of risk management and commercial decision-making.
