About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Personnel Specialist to join our high‑volume call‑center team. The role focuses on accurate administration of employee attendance, leave records, and internal communications, ensuring smooth daily operations and professional support for staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor daily employee attendance, lateness, and absenteeism, maintaining precise records.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all employee HR inquiries and email communications.
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders to verify shift schedules and resolve any attendance discrepancies.
  • Update and maintain both digital and physical employee files and databases.
  • Track, document, and report all types of employee leaves, permissions, and vacations.
  • Draft and distribute internal memos, announcements, and HR updates via email.

Required profile

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR personnel or administrative roles; call‑center experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts based on business needs.
  • High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
