Sales Manager – Corporate & Leisure

About the role

Accor is looking for a Sales Manager in Cairo (6th of October district) to lead its corporate sales function, drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships and guide the sales team toward market-share targets. The role reports to the Director of Sales and involves extensive travel. It is presented as an entry-level opportunity with growth potential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer relationships, sales leads and projects.
• Create and implement a sales development plan for the assigned geographic area and generate new business.
• Coordinate regularly with the sales team and update all sales activities in the company CRM system accurately and on time.
• Identify new market opportunities, expand the customer base and conduct market research on competitors, industry trends and customer needs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication, support and resolution of queries.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Take part in exhibitions, industry events and customer visits, and collaborate with technical teams on product demonstrations and application support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in the same position at hotel sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of the hotel field (corporate and leisure) and of city hotel sales business.
• Ability to evaluate KPIs and market trends accurately.
• Expertise in techno-commercial negotiation and sales strategy.
• Excellent leadership, team-management, communication and presentation skills, with quick reaction and strong customer orientation.
