Traditional Trade / Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Kraft Heinz is hiring a Traditional Trade / Trade Marketing Manager in Cairo, Egypt, on a full-time basis. The role owns the revenue growth management (RGM) agenda for the Egypt market from a commercial standpoint, covering pricing strategy, promo optimization, commercial terms and pack/portfolio mix.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trade promotion effectiveness through ROI analysis, shifting spending from low-performing discounts to high-yield activations.
• Monitor market pricing dynamics and elasticity to recommend optimized consumer pricing and margin structures for distributors and retailers.
• Drive portfolio mix optimization so high-margin SKUs are prioritized across relevant channels.
• Build and access loyalty programs with top wholesalers on a quarterly and yearly basis, and measure and analyze performance KPIs and execution tracking.
• Act as the commercial pivot point, aligning Brand Marketing, Sales Execution, Finance and Demand Planning.
• Contribute to the S&OP process by turning trade calendars into accurate volume forecasts.

Required profile

• 5 years of commercial experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 3 years strictly focused on Trade Marketing, Category Management or Revenue Growth Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or another highly analytical field; advanced certifications in commercial analytics or an MBA are highly valued.
• Proven experience mapping and restructuring Route-to-Market frameworks and executing formal RGM frameworks (pricing, promo ROI, trade spend efficiency).
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L mechanics, value chains and margin calculations.
• Stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
• An analytical, execution-oriented mindset comfortable challenging the status quo with data.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Excel and data tools.
• Experience interpreting Nielsen, GfK or retailer data.
