BIM Junior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a motivated BIM Junior Architect to join our design team. You will support the creation of architectural models and documentation, ensuring that designs meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models using Revit.
• Prepare and maintain construction documents such as floor plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings.
• Collaborate with project teams, including structural, MEP, and other consultants, to integrate building systems.
• Conduct site analysis and help prepare reports and presentation materials.
• Perform quality control checks on Revit models and drawings for accuracy.
• Participate in project meetings and help resolve design issues.
• Support the preparation of design presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in architectural design.
• Basic knowledge of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and building codes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with other BIM software (a plus).
• Ability to create 2D and 3D drawings and models.
• Understanding of drafting standards and construction techniques.
