Maintenance Manager

About the role

AlRabat Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations at its New Cairo site. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and facilities in commercial buildings and malls.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Plan, schedule, and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance projects, from repair work to larger system upgrades.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and control maintenance budgets, optimizing processes for cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP maintenance with a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing maintenance teams in commercial buildings or malls.
• Strong supervisory, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Relevant technical training or certifications in maintenance‑related fields.
