Site Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Site Architect to lead construction projects from design concept through execution and completion, ensuring high quality, accuracy and seamless coordination among clients, contractors and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from initial design to final hand‑over.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, design specifications and building codes.
• Coordinate daily activities between clients, contractors, consultants and project teams.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues and keep projects on schedule and budget.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in finishing and architectural fields.
• Strong site supervision and project management capabilities.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, methods and relevant building codes.
• Ability to work closely with contractors, clients and other stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred; on‑site architectural experience is a plus.
