Business Development Manager – Advertising

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for Pro Mania Advertising in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new markets, customers, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, digital channels, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and prepare sales proposals.
• Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, finance and other teams to deliver client solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, activities and forecasts in the CRM system and report KPIs to management.
• Negotiate commercial terms while protecting company interests and support customer retention, upselling and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking skills.
• Commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
