Digital Workplace Service Engineer – Regional (Egypt)

About the role

The Digital Workplace Service Engineer supports Otis’s regional strategy by delivering a modern, secure, and efficient digital workplace. The role focuses on telecommunications, PC and hardware/software asset management, and high‑quality support services to enable employees to work safely from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Align workplace services with enterprise strategies and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance, standardisation, and full lifecycle management of all workplace assets and services.
• Support and manage relationships with key suppliers, driving service improvements and operational excellence.
• Standardise and support telecommunications operations and products.
• Use and maintain ServiceNow, including the CMDB, following Otis standards.
• Collaborate with global architecture and support teams.
• Provide timely resolution of incidents and service requests within workplace services scope.
• Communicate technical issues clearly and assist in remediation activities.
• Participate in project planning and execution.

Required profile

• ITIL certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong technical background with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies (O365, Exchange, Lync/Skype, Teams).
• Proficiency in English.
