French Tour Leader

About the role

Voyageurs, a leading Egyptian tour operator serving French, Canadian and British markets, is seeking a professional French‑speaking Tour Leader. You will accompany groups of tourists, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and high‑quality travel experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients at the airport during arrival and departure with professionalism.
• Coordinate in advance with drivers, local guides and internal team members.
• Review flight details and tour programmes, briefing clients on itineraries.
• Accompany tourists throughout the trip, ensuring comfort, safety and satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, historical sites and cultural aspects.
• Handle hotel check‑in processes and ensure smooth accommodation arrangements.
• Monitor service quality (rooms, luggage, early‑departure breakfast boxes).
• Manage group dynamics, resolve conflicts and address issues promptly.
• Review and manage all related financial documents (tickets, vouchers, cash).
• Maintain continuous communication with the direct manager and coordinate with the accounting department.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage groups.
• Proven experience in tourism (mandatory).
