HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner Manager will align human‑resources strategy with business objectives, providing senior‑level consultancy to leadership while overseeing a dynamic HRBP team. The role focuses on delivering employee‑centric solutions that boost performance, engagement, and organizational outcomes across Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with senior management to design and implement HR initiatives supporting business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and set KPIs for a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Oversee talent management cycles, including workforce planning, succession planning, and high‑potential identification.
• Manage complex employee‑relations issues and ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
• Drive performance‑management processes, coaching managers on feedback and under‑performance handling.
• Travel frequently to regional offices and sites to audit HR practices and maintain a physical HR presence.
• Lead change‑management initiatives during restructurings or process updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (MBA or HR Diploma preferred).
• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading HR professionals.
• Experience managing a workforce of 1,000+ employees in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Competent use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
