About the role
The HSE Training Manager ensures that all employees receive appropriate training for their roles and for workplace safety. This position develops, implements, and manages safety policies while designing and delivering effective training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage safety policies and procedures.
- Design, deliver and evaluate training programs on safety and role‑specific topics.
- Identify potential hazards and risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
- Collaborate with managers and staff to create and maintain effective safety and training initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in health, safety and environment (HSE) training.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to develop training curricula and assess training effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with managers and employees.
