HR Specialist – Working Student

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Working Student to support our Human Resources team at Elsewedy Electric in New Cairo. This position offers a hands‑on introduction to HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and administrative tasks within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
• Support recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and events.
• Collaborate with HR professionals to gain exposure to various HR functions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
