About the role
We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join Bosta’s growing team. In this role you will ensure smooth onboarding, manage employee documentation and support day‑to‑day HR operations for our fast‑paced logistics business.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires, guaranteeing compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor regulations.
- Prepare, issue and maintain employment contracts and related documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR letters, certificates, policy clarifications and other operational requests.
- Collect, validate and process monthly payroll inputs and variable components.
- Handle employee‑related issues, ensuring all hiring forms and documents are accurate and correctly prepared.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel or a similar role.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted recruitment tools is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
