About the role
The People Partner will serve as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner for the Cairo Airport Duty Free operation, supporting both back‑office staff and front‑line teams across all terminals. The role focuses on delivering HR initiatives, nurturing a positive workplace culture, and driving business performance through people‑focused actions.
Key responsibilities
- Define, develop and implement the annual people strategy in collaboration with the Director of People and the General Manager.
- Propose HR strategies aligned with commercial and operational objectives, covering recruitment, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation, rewards and employee engagement.
- Review ways of working, functional operating models and workforce planning to ensure optimal culture and productivity.
- Act as the primary HR contact for leaders and employees across all three terminals and back‑office functions.
- Provide guidance on people‑related matters, mediate conflicts and ensure fair resolution of employee concerns.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, preferably in a multi‑site or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with senior leaders and diverse employee groups.
- Ability to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals.
