Infra BIM Engineer (French Speaking)

About the role

The Infra BIM Engineer will create civil engineering designs, drawings and 3D models for infrastructure and industrial projects, working closely with civil engineers to develop grading, drainage, underground services and roadway designs while ensuring compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads or OpenRoads.
• Generate ground surface and sub‑surface models from survey data.
• Perform site grading, drainage, earthwork modelling and quantity take‑offs.
• Develop underground services and utility plans.
• Review sketches, specifications and engineering data to ensure design conformity.
• Implement alignments, profiles and cross‑sections for sites and roadways.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and support related project tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering design and drafting experience.
• Experience with site grading, earthworks, drainage, underground services, utilities and roadways.
• Mining industrial plant or facility experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering theory and practices.
• Fluency in both French and English (mandatory).
