About the role
We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support our Executive Management team at Bupa Global’s Cairo office. You will act as a trusted gatekeeper for the CEO, COO and Finance Director, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and effective communication across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the executives’ calendars, protecting their time and handling competing demands.
- Coordinate Executive Committee and Board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and follow‑up of actions.
- Arrange travel, process expenses and monitor budgets, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Organise company events, conferences, and maintain office supplies.
- Triaging incoming mail and communications, responding within deadlines.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar executive support role.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in an unstructured, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong discretion, resilience and emotional intelligence when dealing with senior leaders.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
