Project Coordinator – Home Remodeling

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, customer‑focused Project Coordinator to manage kitchen, bath and flooring remodeling projects from start to finish. Working remotely, you will be a primary point of contact for homeowners, installation teams, sales staff and internal departments, ensuring smooth project flow and exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling projects from beginning to completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, introducing yourself as the Project Coordinator/Project Lead.
• Schedule installation appointments with homeowners and installation teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding updates, timelines and expectations.
• Order products and materials required for each remodeling project.
• Manage project documentation and keep accurate records.
• Facilitate financing applications and required documentation.
• Collect project‑related payments and submit them to the office accurately and on time.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Installations and Operations teams to ensure project success.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before escalation.
• Ensure a positive client experience that drives satisfaction, reviews, referrals and repeat business.
