About the role
The Project Director will lead construction projects from concept to hand‑over, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Cairo and reports directly to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, architectural and MEP disciplines.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, ISO and OSHAS standards.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large‑scale construction projects.
- Experience across corporate, industrial, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.
