Sales Manager - Fashion Brands, Cairo

About the role

Maison Pyramide is looking for a Sales Manager in Cairo who will drive commercial growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of fashion brands, securing new business and retaining clients. The role combines business development with hands-on sales execution: building buyer networks, leading seasonal showroom preparation and overseeing post-sales processes such as orders, payments and shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Secure landmark accounts and propose innovative distribution models to diversify revenue.
• Grow and maintain the buyer database through research, outreach and networking.
• Increase showroom footfall by 50% through appointments and targeted outreach.
• Serve as the main contact for brands and buyers, with regular check-ins by meeting and call.
• Manage the full sales cycle: order placement, material delivery, logistics, stock swaps and reorders.
• Negotiate payment terms, follow up on proofs of payment and shipment status, and keep accurate payment and commission records (at least 95% compliance on payment terms).
• Ensure at least 85% repeat orders from existing clients.
• Lead buyer appointments in the showroom, present collections and edit brand collections so they are visually compelling.
• Respond to client requests within 24 hours (at least 95% compliance) and keep at least 90% satisfaction.
• Upload sales materials to internal platforms, visit retail partners to assess presentation and gather content for reporting.
• Work with brands on sales training kits and retail presentation tools.
• Develop competitive benchmark reports and regular sales performance reports to inform positioning and strategy.
