About the role
Alorica is seeking a dedicated Trip Advisor to join its customer experience team in Giza. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help travelers plan and enjoy their trips by delivering personalized recommendations and seamless booking support.
Key responsibilities
- Research and present travel options tailored to customer preferences.
- Book accommodations, transportation, and ancillary services using travel booking platforms.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve travel‑related issues and manage unexpected challenges efficiently.
