About the role
The French Customer Service Representative will join MICO WORLD’s Cairo office to assist users in French through chat, email, and phone. This full‑time position focuses on delivering accurate information, resolving issues quickly, and contributing to a positive user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to French‑speaking user inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Handle account, payment, and technical support questions.
- Escalate complex cases to senior teams when needed.
- Document each interaction clearly in the support system.
- Monitor user feedback and identify recurring issues.
- Share insights with product and operations teams to improve services.
Required profile
- Fluent French communication skills (spoken and written); English or Arabic a plus.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Strong customer‑first mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in customer support, call centres, or online platforms is preferred.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Cairo, including evenings and weekends.
