About the role
Tamara is seeking a Partner Care Advisor to join its Cairo office. In this non‑voice position you will handle partner inquiries via email and live chat, delivering accurate information and tailored solutions that enhance the partner experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound emails and respond to live‑chat requests promptly.
- Identify partner questions, concerns, and overall needs.
- Provide accurate answers and effective solutions.
- Review partner accounts and transaction histories while resolving issues.
- Deliver detailed explanations of Tamara’s services.
- Meet support metrics and follow communication scripts for various topics.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of customer‑facing experience in the local market.
- Native Arabic speaker with a university degree.
- Fluency in English (at least B1 level).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues quickly.
- Flexibility and a solution‑oriented mindset.
