About the role

Rixos Premium Seagate is looking for a proactive individual to manage uniform and laundry operations while supporting environmental and quality initiatives within the resort. The role combines hands‑on handling of hotel textiles with responsibility for sustainability practices.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, track, and maintain staff uniforms, including labeling, storage, and replacement of dirty items.
• Collect, launder, and redistribute clean uniforms and towels, ensuring proper hygiene standards.
• Perform sewing, mending, and repair of hotel textiles, pillow covers, and guest‑requested items.
• Identify and separate unusable garments, reporting losses or damages to supervisors.
• Maintain a tidy uniform room and oversee inventory of textiles and related supplies.
• Implement and monitor environmental measures such as waste reduction, energy saving, and responsible resource consumption.
• Support quality management systems and carry out any additional duties assigned by hotel management.

Required profile

• Minimum primary school or vocational diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in uniform, laundry, or textile handling within a hospitality setting.
• Attention to personal hygiene, uniform appearance, and safety when using equipment.
• Ability to record incidents, report to supervisors, and follow procedural guidelines.

Required skills

• Operation of laundry machines and basic sewing equipment.
