Senior Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead strategy and transformation initiatives within its Advisors & Consulting Services division. You will work with global clients across multiple industries, helping them solve strategic, operational and digital‑payment challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements, defining and executing strategies that leverage data and technology.
• Develop and deliver programs for regional and global clients to unlock value.
• Manage senior client relationships from mid‑level to C‑suite, driving commercial success.
• Act as a trusted business advisor, championing Mastercard’s recommendations.
• Guide project teams through problem‑solving, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

• Proven experience in strategy consulting or transformation projects for large enterprises.
